Just yesterday we received an invite from Poco for a European launch of a new phone. All signs point to the Poco F2 series, the long-overdue successor to the Pocophone F1. Lately, we’ve been hearing a lot about a phone called the Poco F2 Pro. It’s expected to be a rebranded Redmi K30 Pro, making it a flagship Snapdragon 865 phone.

We now have one more leak detailing the global price of the so-called Poco F2 Pro. According to known tipsters 91Mobiles, the phone will cost €570 (~$615) in Europe for the 128GB storage variant.

The price of the phone was previously tipped to be around €649 (~$711) for 128GB storage model and €749 (~$820) for the 256GB storage version. However, these leaked prices were reportedly for Portugal, where phones are generally more expensive than the rest of Europe.

The new leak also tells us the colorways for the Poco F2 Pro. These include: white, purple, gray, and blue, and are the same color options as the previously launched Redmi K30 Pro in China.

Considering the leaked price of Poco’s upcoming phone, it’s still possibly one of the most affordable flagships out there. It’ll undercut the price of Xiaomi’s Mi 10 series which starts at €799 (~$878) in Europe. However, it’ll go neck-and-neck with the Realme X50 Pro 5G, which recently launched in Europe with a price tag of €600 (~$647).

In comparison to other premium flagships like the Galaxy S20 series, the upcoming Poco phone could be the most value-for-money option out there. We do, however, expect it to make certain compromises to achieve the lower price tag. What will those be? We’ll have to wait for the possible May 12 announcement to know more.
