- LG has launched the QP5 Eclair soundbar at CES.
- The new soundbar promises a small form factor.
Soundbars are a great way to deliver a more immersive audio experience, especially if your TV or monitor is packing disappointing audio quality. Now, LG has launched the QP5 Eclair soundbar at CES 2021, promising a high quality experience in a small package.
The Eclair is pretty small at 296mms long and 59.9mms high, which means it can go where traditional soundbars can’t. It also offers 320W and 3.1.2 channel sound, with Meridian tuning.
Other noteworthy features include Dolby Atmos and DTS:X support, HDMI in and out, a USB port, and an optical port. Users can also get a “low vibration subwoofer if they need a bit more oomph.
There’s no word on pricing or availability just yet, so it might be a little too soon to say whether this is a bargain. But you should definitely keep an eye on the Eclair if you’re in the market for a compact soundbar.
