How to cancel Fitbit Premium on desktop
The way that you cancel your Fitbit Premium subscription will depend on the method that you used to sign up. You will only be able to cancel it using the same device that you used to sign up for the service. If you signed up on their desktop site, you can cancel Fitbit Premium in a few simple steps.
- Head to Fitbit.com and log in to your account
- Click on your name at the top right of the screen
- Go into settings
- Find the Subscriptions and Payments section
- Click edit and cancel your subscription

- Go to the Google Play Store

- Tap Fitbit and open the Manage Subscription menu

How to cancel on an iOS device
On an iPhone:
- Open your iPhone Settings app
- Go to your Apple ID
- Go into Subscriptions

On a Mac
- Go to the App Store
- Tap your profile from the bottom left hand corner or select Store and then View My Account from the bar at the top of the screen
