The best new movie trailers and TV show teasers for upcoming streaming titles

I Care A Lot

Rosamund Pike plays a shark of a woman who feeds on the old and aging in the garb of elderly care. That is until one of her victims turns out to have powerful gang connections that threaten to destroy her well-oiled racket. The new movie trailer promises dark humor and some impressive performances. Check it out below.

Malcolm & Marie

Set in black and white tones, this new Netflix movie trailer shows off Sam Levinson’s (Euphoria) upcoming romantic drama that looks like it could be an Oscar contender. John David Washington takes on the role of a filmmaker, with Zendaya playing his girlfriend. The couple is seen going through a range of emotions as revelations about their relationships begin to surface one evening.

Flora And Ulysses

Based on an award-winning book, this upcoming Disney Plus movie tells the story of a 10-year-old girl named Flora who rescues a squirrel named Ulysses. She soon discovers that it’s no ordinary rodent: it possesses unique superhero powers. Flora and Ulysses looks like a fun-filled family adventure. See the new movie trailer below.

An Apple TV Plus original, this new movie trailer has Tom Holland robbing a bank, joining the military, and baking a pizza. Wait, what? Well, according to its official description, Cherry follows the story of an unhinged young man who meets the love of his life, only to risk losing her through a series of bad decisions and challenging circumstances. The film sure looks interesting, and it could be a winner for Apple TV Plus if the book matches the cover.

You’ve got Owen Wilson and Salma Hayek in a sci-fi setting. What an unusual choice of cast, isn’t it? The new movie trailer hinges on weird and sets up a premise of simulated realities. The two lead cast members seem to be drifting between real and imaginary worlds. It’s all very strange and confusing. You can watch the trailer and tell us what you think.

The United States Vs. Billie Holiday

This upcoming Hulu movie has Andra Day taking on the avatar of legendary jazz singer Billie Holiday. Directed by Lee Daniels (The Butler), the biopic revolves around Holiday’s infamous tryst with the FBI over her controversial song “Strange Fruit that protests the lynching of Black Americans and is an important milestone in the Civil Rights movement.

Judas And The Black Messiah

Warner Bros’ Black Panther drama got a new trailer this week. Thanks to the production house’s decision to release its entire 2021 slate for streaming, you’ll be able to watch the film very soon on HBO Max. LaKeith Stanfield stars as FBI informant William O’Neal, a career thief who infiltrates the Illinois Black Panther Party. He is tasked with keeping tabs on their charismatic leader, Chairman Fred Hampton (Daniel Kaluuya). O’Neal likes playing both sides of the fence until he must decide between aligning with the Black Power organization or the authorities.

The Little Things

Warner Bros. also dropped a new movie trailer for The Little Things — one of its first big releases of the year. It shows Denzel Washington talking to a corpse as he and Mr. Robot star Rami Malek investigate a series of serial murders. You also get Jared Leto in the mix, playing the primary suspect.
