The LG V60 is an excellent smartphone and one of the best LG has released in years. Of course, all smartphones benefit from some accessorizing. The LG V60 is no exception. 1. Anker 15W Wireless Charger
Price: $39.99 + $13.99
Anker is one of the few third party accessory manufacturers with a 15W wireless charger. The V60 should work with a 15W wireless charger just fine, although a 5W and 10W also work. However, we recommend going for a 15W because it should last you longer and charge your phone faster. The charger is solid and it should work through cases that are less than 5mm thick. The one caveat is that you need to use a Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0 (or better) AC adapter or you won’t get the full speeds. Luckily, Anker sells one that works just fine here.
2. Spigen Rugged Armor case

There are several excellent cases for the LG V60. This is the one we recommend the most. For starters, it comes from a reputable company and it’s well made. It should protect against most drops as long as the drop isn’t too violent and it doesn’t add a ton of bulk to the already bulky V60. The thing that separates this one from the pack is its headphone jack port hole. It’s much larger than most third party options and it should fit most larger 3.5mm headphone jacks as you normally see on audiophile grade headphones. My Sennheiser 58X Jubilee Edition headphone jack fits perfectly with this case on so it’s an easy recommendation.
3. 3-Pack headset audio jack extenders
Price: $4.99 (for a 3 pack)
One of the first issues I ran into with the LG V60 was the headphone jack port on the LG Dual Case. It was much smaller than I was expecting and none of my headphone jacks actually fit. On a whim, I ordered a three pack of these audio jack extenders and they worked out great. The smaller end is the size of most earbuds so it fits through most cases already. I’m aware of the irony of needing a dongle to plug your headphones into a phone with a 3.5mm jack, but these are still one of the better LG V60 accessories. Plus at $4.99 for three, they’re basically expendable if they break. It didn’t affect the performance of the LG Quad DAC either so you can use these with your best headphones without any audio quality loss.
4. Uni HDMI to USB-C adapter
Price: $15.99
I originally bought this USB-C to HDMI adapter for my Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ for use with my Elgato Game Capture HD. LG was a bit off and on with HDMI-out support over the last few years, so I was pleasantly surprised when this adapter worked perfectly with my LG V60. It outputs at 60fps in 4K resolution without any discernible issues. Since that’s about as good as it gets, that makes this adapter one of the essential LG V60 accessories. The only caveat is this functions solely as an adapter. You will need a separate HDMI cable to connect the adapter to your monitor, TV, capture card, etc. You can pick those up just about anywhere. In fact, here’s a 3-pack of HDMI cables with a bonus right-angle adapter for like $13 on Amazon. Problem solved!
5. Official LG USB Type-C replacement cable
Price:Â $9.99
We looked high and low for a reputable Qualcomm Quick Charge 4.0 car adapter and couldn’t find one. However, most cards these days have USB ports so it may behoove you to have an official spare USB cable laying around. The one linked at the button below is an official LG product, straight from LG’s website. It also works with all of its older devices as well and comes in the same white color as all of its other stock cables. If you want to go a different route, any old USB-C cable will work (here is a five pack of varying lengths for $12) and here’s an excellent dual-USB car charger (with QCC 3.0) that I’ve been using for about the last half a decade. You can also pick up a spare charging adapter for your Dual Case here if you want to use that in your car as well.
