You just purchased an expensive set of headphones and you want to show it off as best you can. That’s where headphone stands come in. It might be a bit extra, but a headphone stand is a great way to display your headphones. Plus, a stand helps to keep your desk looking as neat as possible. Not to mention it’s no good to leave your headphones laying getting dirty and scratched up.
The best headphone stands:
Editor’s note: We will update the list of best headphone stands regularly.
1. Sieveking Sound Omega Headphone Stand
The Sieveking Sound Omega Headphone Stand is an omega-shaped stand crafted out of hardwood. Finishes include zebrano, makassar, maple, cherry, and walnut. Regardless of the finish, the stand maintains gentle separation of the earcups and is very sturdy. It’s also a gorgeous piece to put on any desk.
2. Traders and Company Glass Head
For the more daring among you, there’s the Traders and Company Glass Head. It’s exactly what it sounds like: a transparent glass head that serves as a headphone stand. Make sure you have space on your desk for this thing. Also keep in mind the Glass Head may stretch out your headphones a bit.
That said, this serves as a high-concept stand if you like transparent objects. It also serves as a great way to relax your headphones a bit if you find they clamp on your head too hard.
3. Corsair ST100 RGB
A great final touch to any gamer’s workstation, the Corsair ST100 RGB headphone stand features a sturdy aluminum build. The dark-colored aluminum meshes well with the RBG lighting on the rubberized base. You can customize the lighting across nine zones.
Also on the rubberized base are a USB 3.1 port and a 3.5mm input. There’s a second USB 3.1 port at the top of the base. The headphone jack supports stereo or 7.1 surround sound with a compatible headset. Better yet, you can go into Corsair iCue and tweak your EQ settings.
4. Satechi Aluminum USB Headphone Stand
If you find yourself frequently charging your headphones, give the Satechi Aluminum USB Headphone Stand a look. Not only are there three USB 3.0 ports and a 3.5mm port, but there’s a great cable management system behind the stem. That way, your cables don’t get in the way of your desk’s aesthetics.
5. Avantree Bamboo Headphone Stand
Aluminum headphone stands look great, but the Avantree Bamboo Headphone Stand adds some flair with its use of bamboo. As a nice bonus, the stand features a tray on the bottom to store cables and other options. It’s fairly plain-looking, but the stand excels in its simplicity.
6. EletecPro Headphone Stand
Thanks to its low profile, the EletecPro Headphone Stand will look great on any desk. The stand features a protective leather pad on the top, two aluminum alloy poles, and an aluminum base. There’s silicone underneath the base to prevent the stand from sliding across your desk.
7. Elevation Lab The Anchor
The Elevation Lab The Anchor is unlike most other headphone stands. That’s because you stick it underneath your desk rather than place it on your desk.
The Anchor remains securely attached via 3M adhesive and can hold two headphones at a time. If minimalism is what you want, this is your stand.
8. Razer Base Station Chroma
Similar to the Corsair ST100 RGB, the Razer Base Station Chroma is RGB-enabled. As such, the stand can emit 16.8 million color combinations and works with Razer Synapse. The Base Station Chroma also features three USB 3.0 ports. The stand is clad in plastic instead of wood or aluminum, but we haven’t heard of issues with durability. You can detach the base from the rest of the stand for easier transport.
That’s it for our list of the best headphone stands. We’ll add more headphone stands as better stands become available!
