Editor’s note: This list of the best Chromebook tablets will be regularly updated as new devices launch.

1. Google Pixel Slate

The Google Pixel Slate is arguably the very best Chromebook tablet around. This is Google’s own offering in this category and comes with all the bells and whistles. It can be configured up to an Intel Core i7, 16GB of RAM, and 256GB of internal storage, which makes this one of the most powerful Chrome OS devices around. Other features include a 12.3-inch LTPS display with a 3,000 x 2,000 pixel resolution.

It costs a pretty penny, but you can usually find it a bit cheaper on Amazon. The keyboard and stylus are also sold separately, so the costs can add up.

The Samsung Galaxy Chromebook is one of our favorite Chromebooks around. While it isn’t necessarily a tablet, its super thin 0.39-inch body and convertible design makes it feel as portable as one. It also has a gorgeous design and high-end specs, including a 10th generation Intel Core i5 chip, 8GB of RAM, 256GB of storage, and a 4k display. You will have to pay for its premium features, though.

5. Google Pixelbook

The Google Pixelbook has an extravagant $999 MSRP starting price, but it is worth every penny in terms of design, build quality, and hardware. The aluminum body, silicone padding, and glass trackpad are a beauty.

The base model comes with an Intel Core i5 processor, 8GB of RAM, and 128GB of storage. This computer can be upgraded to an i7 chipset, 16GB of RAM, and 256/512GB of storage. The 12.3-inch 2,400 x 1,600 resolution display is also top notch.

The Lenovo Chromebook Duet is one of the best Chromebooks tablets simply because of its value and affordability. The keyboard can be a little crammed for adults, but a kid’s small hands should be great for the smaller form factor. And while the device itself isn’t very resistant, it comes with a stand cover that should protect it well.
