- Samsung will hold another Unpacked event next week to talk about the Galaxy Z Fold 2.
- The event will explore the foldable’s “groundbreaking features.
Samsung didn’t spend a lot of time talking about the Galaxy Z Fold 2 at its Unpacked event earlier this month, but the firm has now revealed that it’s holding a follow-up Unpacked event to talk about its new foldable.
The company announced that its ‘Unpacked Part 2’ event will take place on September 1 at 10AM ET, confirming that it will “explore the groundbreaking features of the Galaxy Z Fold 2. Check out the invite below.
The invite and press release confirm that the event will be covered on Samsung.com and on the Samsung Newsroom website, presumably in video form. The company is set to show off loads of new features at the September 1 event then, but we’ve already seen several leaked videos detailing these additions.
Some of the more prominent additions include an Adaptive Flex Mode activated by folding the device halfway (delivering hands-free photos/videos) as well the Flex UI. Hopefully the firm details availability and pricing too, as these were glaring omissions at the first Unpacked.
