HBO GO and HBO NOW Won’t Work on Older Apple TVs Starting April 30th

Just to be clear, HBO is simply dropping app support for older Apple TV units. You can still cast HBO to your Apple TV using Apple AirPlay. If that’s too inconvenient for you, then this might be a good time to buy a new Apple TV 4K or Apple TV HD.
