Samsung knows that not everyone can afford itâ€™s flagship phones, so the Galaxy A51 was introduced in December as a mid-range option for Galaxy fans on a budget. It retails for $399.99 but, today only, Amazon has it on offer for $289 ($111 off).
The Galaxy A51 has decent specs for the price point. It features 4GB of RAM, 128GB of storage, and a 6.5-inch OLED display. Itâ€™s powered by the Exynos 9611 processor and a 4,000mAh battery.
The rear camera setup features a 48MP main sensor, with support from a 12MP wide-angle sensor and two further 5MP lenses. Around the front, thereâ€™s a 32MP camera for sharp selfies.
While the phone offered promise, we found the performance to be a bit of a letdown, especially compared to the competitors around the $400 price range such as the iPhone SE and the Pixel 3a. But if youâ€™re loyal to the Samsung brand, you might forgive this shortcoming.

Thereâ€™s actually an even more affordable version of the Galaxy A51 available on Amazon, but the trade-off is that itâ€™s the international model. That means that it doesnâ€™t come with a US warranty and wonâ€™t be compatible with CDMA carriers.
