Samsung Galaxy Fold is getting Android 11 with its latest update

Update, January 18, 2021 (3:35 AM ET): Android 10 first arrived on the Galaxy Fold in late March 2020. Now, the company’s first foldable is getting its update to Android 11 and One UI 3.0.

Spotted by SamMobile, the update brings the phone in line with its newer sibling which received its major Android update last week. The update has since been noticed by users in France, Switzerland, the UK, and the UAE covering both LTE and 5G versions.

It’s unclear when other regions will receive the update, but as always, you can check if you have the update pending in your Samsung Members app.
